Pelajar akan memahami pemacu perubahan pada hari ini bagi organisasi meningkatkan variasi perspektif dalam penciptaan scenario dan membuat keputusan yang bersesuaian, membuat tinjauan ke atas pelbagai scenario untuk pemilihan pelbagai strategi. Kaedah strategik seperti STEEPV, SWOT, TOWS, PESTLE akan diselarikan dengan analisis statistikal untuk mengandaikan pelbagai scenario.

Collaborative foresight is to identify multiple futures to accelerate organisational development. Students will understand today’s drivers of change for organizations to increase the variety of perspectives in scenario creation and make appropriate decisions, make suitable decisions, develop foresight of multiple scenarios to choose multiple strategies. Strategic tools such as STEEPV, SWOT, and TOWS Analysis, will be aligned with the statistical tools to forecast multiple scenarios
