This course provides an introduction to principles of toxicology, toxicity mechanism, xenobiotic biotransformation, and toxicokinetic. Subsequently, toxicity aspects on organ directed and non-organ directed are discussed. Emphasis is placed on the response of selected organs against toxic agents including genetic toxicology, developmental toxicology, and carcinogen. The effects of common toxic agents on the human body will also be discussed. Environmental toxicology and toxicology application will cover on aspects of food, analytic/forensic, clinical, occupational, and regulatory toxicology
