Course info
Correlation and regression: simple linear regression, confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, analysis of variance in regression, correlation computation, interpretation, confidence intervals, hypothesis testing and application. Multiple linear regression, coefficient estimation and inference, model construction, introduction to nonlinear regression exponential and polynomial models.
Experimental design I: One-way analysis of variance fixed and randomized model. Completely randomized block design. Latin square design.
Experimental design II: Two-way factorial design fixed, randomized and mixed model.
Nonparametric tests: rank correlation coefficient, runs test, sign test, Wilcoxon test, Mann-Whitney test, median test, chi-square test. Goodness-of-fit test and test of independence.
